Here are answers to a few common client questions.

Do you offer SEO?

Absolutely. To me, SEO and content marketing are inseparable. Every piece I write is optimized based on keyword research, searcher intent, and your customer journey. Keyword stuffing is out — thoughtful content that resonates with your specific audience is in.


Do you use AI to create content?

Yes. Generative AI is a game-changer and marketers who haven’t embraced it yet are quickly falling behind in both efficiency and quality. I incorporate a few different AI tools into my content creation process for research, brainstorming and drafting. However, the steadfast need for human creativity means that little of your final piece will have been written by AI. It simply jumpstarts and enhances my process to get you better content, faster.


How do you develop a content strategy?

A successful content strategy is based on one thing: the customer journey. I start by understanding your top goals — new leads, sales enablement, retention, or something else. Then we’ll dig into customer insights, competitor analysis, and a review of your existing content. Your content strategy will identify where we can fill gaps, repurpose content, and support your customer journey.


Can you work with our internal designer/social media manager/etc.?

Yes and yes! I spent more than a decade working on in-house marketing teams — I’ve held many of these roles and love collaborating. My only ask is that we establish who has final approval for each project upfront. This keeps us on track and helps us reach your goals faster.


What’s your turnaround time?

I typically deliver one-off content pieces in two weeks. That said, my capacity fluctuates and my priority goes to retainer clients. If you’re planning a project, just reach out and I’ll provide a clear a turnaround date based on my current workload.


How do you handle revisions?

My goal is to nail your vision the first time. But revisions happen, and I usually allow for two rounds. If we’re still not hitting the mark after that, a deeper misalignment might be in play, and we’ll investigate that together.
